HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returning items is easy. Simply have your order number and the email address used for the purchase ready.

We hope you love every wooden decor we send, but we understand that plans can change. When shopping with us, you have up to 30 days to return all or part of your order.
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are not personalized, custom-made, or clearance, within 30 days of receiving your package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any shipping fees for exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are returned with the original payment method.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You’ll get an email with a tracking number to track your order.
You can find the Track Order / Order Tracking option in the top right corner of the website or in the footer at the bottom of the page. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
Sometimes it may take a few days for your package to reach your country or region and for the final courier’s tracking information to update. Don’t worry, your package is in transit.
CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We work fast – like, lightning fast. If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, write to us immediately: info@wooddecor.com. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships, but we can’t guarantee it won’t already be on its way.
WHERE’S MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
First, have you checked your spam folder? It’s rare, but sometimes confirmation emails end up there. Also, some email clients sort messages into different tabs, so the email might be hiding.
If you still can’t find it and it’s been over 60 minutes since placing your order, contact us: info@wooddecor.com, and we’ll send you a new confirmation email.
DO YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Absolutely! We offer a 2-year guarantee on all our products against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises that isn’t due to normal, an accident, or misuse, email us at info@wooddecor.com Please include details of the problem, how it happened, and a photo or video for reference.
HOW DOES SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS WORK?
We ship worldwide! Our wooden maps and decorations have already reached 33 countries, with orders coming from all these places, and we hope this number will continue to grow with the launch of our new webshop.
For orders from the European Union, customs fees are free, except for non-EU countries. Orders ship within 1-3 business days, with delivery time and shipping rates depending on the chosen method (Regular or Express). Customers in non-EU countries are responsible for any customs fees.
For orders from the USA, customs fees are free, and shipments are dispatched within 1-4 business days of purchase. Delivery time and shipping rates depend on the selected shipping method (Regular or Express).
For orders from the rest of the world, customs fees vary based on your country’s regulations, typically ranging from 30€–60€. Due to the package size, customs and import taxes are required, and Wooddecor.com is not responsible for these charges. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days, and delivery time and shipping rates depend on the selected shipping method (Regular or Express).
